Warehouse Associate Responsibilities
Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Pull, stage, and put away inventory
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
  • Support order fulfillment and inventory movement throughout the facility

Receiving
  • Inspect incoming materials for quantity, quality, and condition
  • Verify purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading
  • Accurately process inventory transactions within warehouse systems
  • Prepare inventory for storage and distribution

Shipping & Order Fulfillment
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Process LTL and parcel shipments
  • Ensure orders are accurately packaged and shipped on time
  • Support customer satisfaction through shipment accuracy and quality

Wire Processing & Value-Added Services
  • Operate specialized production equipment including Rim Drives and Re-spoolers used to cut wire to customer specifications
  • Support value-added services including striping, dyeing, wire stripping, twisting, lashing, and other wire-processing activities
  • Maintain quality standards during all production processes

Safety, Housekeeping & Equipment Maintenance
  • Follow all safety policies and operating procedures
  • Complete required equipment inspections and checklists
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the distribution center
