Job Summary Lincoln Electric is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. This position involves painting CNC machines and supporting general shop operations. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply protective coatings using brush, roller, or spray methods to machinery, equipment, and structures
  • Prepare surfaces and apply finishes following safety and quality standards
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of various paints, solvents, and application techniques
  • Assist with general shop duties including crating, assembly, and other tasks as needed
  • Interpret and execute verbal instructions to complete painting and shop assignments
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety standards
  • Provide guidance and training to team members as required
  • Support other departments and adapt to changing workloads as necessary
