A Wire Cutter for Capital Electric is responsible for coiling, spooling, cutting and labeling wire to specified customer orders. Attention to details and accuracy is required.
Responsibilities:
• Cut wire to the length specified on ticket order• Label and deliver wire to correct routing staging area
• Maintain organization and neatness in wire room
• Be on time and work diligently with co-workers
• Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
• Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
• Other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.• 1-2 years warehouse experience - electrical distribution industry preferred
• Good and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on regular basis; up to 70 lbs. occasionally
• Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic
