As a Coordinator, Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the team to help our artists deliver music to their fans. Are you a detail-oriented creative with a passion for seeing a team succeed through your administrative support and execution of project plans? This role requires a flexible, self-motivated, driven collaborator with an eye for high-quality work to coordinate marketing efforts for an assigned artist roster, in support of the Marketing Director. You will work with a roster of 8-10 artists spanning the full Provident Entertainment roster - including contemporary Christian, gospel, R&B and worship. 

What you'll do:
  • Support the Marketing Director with execution of artist marketing plans and follow-through with various departments to ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide overall marketing support to assigned artist roster by attending artist meetings, and managing artist marketing plans, including one sheets, presentation decks, video reels, advertisements, sales sheets, production grids, artist websites, and artist email lists
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, book travel and process expenses on behalf of marketing leadership
  • Maintain and balance marketing budget by reviewing and processing invoices, setting up vendors, generating purchase orders, and reporting expenses
  • Actively contribute to marketing strategy by cultivating ideas and supporting projects across marketing, media, and digital platforms
  • Coordinate, produce, and execute marketing events, artist shows/concerts, contests, and award shows
Who you are:
  • A self-starter with least one year of experience implementing marketing plans or providing administrative support in a music, lifestyle, entertainment, or creative industry.
  • A curious team member with demonstrated experience and understanding of the current marketing landscape and digital platforms.
  • A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • An initiator with a drive for accuracy, time management, and task prioritization.
  • A trustworthy professional demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling sensitive artist information.
  • A music afficionado with a curiosity to dive into the music industry (Faith-based, CCM and/or Gospel, or multi-genre music exposure preferred).
