  • Partner with operations and other departments to identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, manage costs, and support competitive product pricing.

  • Collect, analyze, and present cost results, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to upper management.

  • Reconcile fixed asset activity to the general ledger and work with project management, operations, maintenance, and accounting to ensure capital assets are accurately recorded, classified, tagged, and tracked.

  • Prepare fixed asset and depreciation reports and support month-end, quarter-end, year-end close activities, reporting, and audits.

  • Observe quarterly maintenance spare parts inventory counts and complete ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned.

  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.

  • Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment, particularly production or conversion operations.

  • Experience with standard costing, manufacturing cost analysis, fixed assets, and variance analysis.
