ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using tools like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot

Integrate drivers, patches, security baselines, and required applications into the base image.

Ensure images comply with organizational security and compliance standards.

Intune Autopilot Profiles, PowerShell scripting

Azure AD join/hybrid join automations

Manage and deploy Windows updates, feature upgrades, and driver/firmware updates.

Validate updates in test environments before production rollout.

Troubleshoot update failures.

Endpoint Configuration & Policy Management, GPOs, Intune Device Configuration Profiles, Security Baselines, Compliance Policies
