Are you a seasoned IT Helpdesk Specialist who enjoys driving improvements, leading technical initiatives, and creating better technology experiences for end users? Trissential is hiring a PC Refresh & Microsoft Enhancements Specialist to join our client's End User Services team. This is a highly visible role combining project coordination, endpoint modernization, process improvement, and hands-on support, giving you the opportunity to influence how technology is delivered across the organization.

Your Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate PC refresh and endpoint modernization initiatives across the organization
  • Organize project work, facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure successful project execution
  • Support Agile workstreams and continuous improvement efforts within the End User Services team
  • Analyze existing provisioning and device management processes and recommend enhancements
  • Design and implement solutions that improve the end-user technology experience
  • Provide support through walk-up IT support desks and direct user engagement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end-user support incidents using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Administer and support endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune environments
  • Utilize CyberArk and privileged access tools in accordance with security best practices
  • Support Windows and macOS operating systems in an enterprise environment
  • Troubleshoot and support mobile devices including iPhone and Android platforms
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to support activities, projects, processes, and improvements

Skills & Experience You Should Possess
  • 5-10 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, Deskside Support, or End User Support experience
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise end users in both operational and project-based environments
  • Experience working support tickets within ServiceNow or comparable ticketing platforms
  • Experience coordinating technical projects, initiatives, or improvement efforts
  • Knowledge of endpoint device deployment, provisioning, and lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management practices
  • Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to balance project work with operational support responsibilities
  • Solid troubleshooting experience across Windows and macOS environments

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Microsoft Intune administration experience
  • Experience creating automation solutions for endpoint provisioning or device management
  • Agile project coordination or Agile team participation experience
  • CyberArk experience and knowledge of privileged access management processes
  • Experience with PC refresh, hardware lifecycle, or endpoint modernization initiatives
  • Experience improving IT service processes and operational workflows

Education & Certifications You Need
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
