Job description

Responsibilities Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer The Endpoint Engineering team is responsible for the technologies and capabilities that deliver the end user experience to our global crew through a mix of both devices and software. We are seeking a motivated and experienced senior engineer passionate about delivering a great experience to users through modern endpoint management tools and practices. As a Senior Windows Endpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Intune solutions, for migration from MECM and AD joined devices to Azure AD joined and Intune Managed.

You will develop Intune policies utilizing existing Active Directory group policies; work closely with cross-functional teams, to architect and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions and participate in the development of user stories, sprint planning, and test case development / execution within an agile project environment. Qualifications **This is a hybrid role based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Hybrid is defined as in-office Tues-Wed-Thurs.

This position cannot be based remote and would require relocation for candidates currently living outside of PA** In this Role you will: Design and implement Microsoft Intune and MECM solutions that meet end user requirements. Create and manage Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations. Ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft 365 services.

Windows 10 and 11 Provisioning: Design and deploy Windows 10 and 11 provisioning processes using Intune Autopilot and MECM. Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies. Develop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and 11 deployment images.

Active Directory Group Policy Management: Design and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) in Active Directory to enforce security and configuration policies. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and compliance policies within Intune and MECM. Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation of Intune and MCEM configurations, Windows provisioning processes, and Group Policy settings.

Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure alignment with broader infrastructure goals. Following ITIL industry-standard processes and procedures. Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in endpoint devices and support techniques.

Participate in special projects and performs other related duties as assigned. . What it Takes: Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience 5 or more years of experience diagnosing and solving problems in a Windows environment.

Expertise in MECM and Intune. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

. Specializations that'll have an impact: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Intune Expert. Advanced knowledge of the Windows OS, Intune, Azure, and endpoint architecture Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities to increase productivity and maintain high quality deployments.

Experience leading and mentoring staff, technical support organizations. Experience with production readiness review process. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple problems simultaneously.
