Job Summary:
HBK CPAs & Consultants is a growing Top 50 accounting firm and a Top 100 registered investment advisory. They are seeking an Infrastructure Manager responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure, while leading a team of administrators and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Azure-based infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Oversee daily operations of integrated cloud and on-premises components, including servers, networking, and security infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and best practices for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Plan, design, and implement future technology initiatives, updating documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Safeguard assets by identifying and resolving security issues and implementing robust security controls across Azure environments.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize resource usage, performance, and costs using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and automation initiatives using Azure DevOps, ARM templates, PowerShell, and related tools.
• Maintain and update network topology and operational procedures documentation.
• Appropriately prioritize IT projects and day-to-day operations.
• Lead, mentor, and provide performance feedback to the cloud infrastructure team.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years in Azure cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Functions, Application Gateway, and Azure Networking (VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management (Azure AD, RBAC), and compliance.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools in Azure.
• Proficient in Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, testing and disaster recovery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable technology infrastructure and successfully execute technology projects.
Preferred:
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate).
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-premises integration.
• Familiarity with containerization (AKS, Docker) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
• Current Microsoft, Cisco, and/or VMware certification.
