We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality window cleaning services for commercial properties. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness, ensuring that all windows are spotless and well-maintained. The Window Cleaner will utilize various cleaning techniques and equipment, including scissor lifts, to achieve optimal results.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of windows on commercial buildings, ensuring a streak-free finish.
Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows.
Inspect windows for any damage or issues that require attention beyond cleaning.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing tasks at heights.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
Experience
Previous experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred.
Familiarity with window cleaning techniques and equipment, particularly scissor lifts, is highly desirable.
A strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
