Window Cleaning Technician (High-Rise & Low-Rise)
Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Area
Pay: $25-$35/hr | Daily Pay Available
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM (Occasional Saturdays)

What You'll Do
  • High-Rise Precision: Safely operate rope descent systems (RDS), swing stages, Bosun Chair, lifts, water-fed poles, and specialized equipment to maintain the exterior of major commercial landmarks.
  • Low-Rise & Ground Detail: Provide exceptional clarity and streak-free results for storefronts, residential properties, and smaller commercial buildings.
  • Property Maintenance: Assist with specialized services like pressure washing to keep our clients' properties in top shape.
  • Safety First: Strictly follow all OSHA and industry safety protocols, including meticulous inspections of fall-protection gear.
  • Collaborative Success: Work alongside a skilled crew to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

What We're Looking For
  • The "Heights" Factor: Prior experience in high-rise window cleaning or related high-altitude work (climbing, roofing, etc.)
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfort using harnesses, ropes, bosun's chairs, and lifts.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift equipment, climb, and work outdoors in various Minnesota weather conditions.

  • Reliability: A valid driver's license and dependable transportation to job sites across the Metro area.
