Position Overview:

As a Window Washer at FCS Facility Services, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality window cleaning services to our clients. You will be responsible for washing and detailing windows of various sizes and types, using specialized equipment and techniques to achieve pristine results. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Window Cleaning: Wash, scrub, and squeegee windows to remove dirt, dust, grime, water spots, and other debris from glass surfaces. Ensure thorough cleaning of both interior and exterior windows, including frames, tracks, and sills.

  • Technique and Safety: Utilize industry-best practices and safety protocols to perform window cleaning tasks efficiently and safely. Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or other access equipment, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain window washing equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, extension poles, and water-fed poles, ensuring proper functioning and safety. Familiarize yourself with various tools and techniques to achieve optimal cleaning results.

  • Detailing and Finishing: Pay attention to detail when cleaning windows, ensuring streak-free, spotless results. Use lint-free cloths or towels to detail edges and corners for a flawless finish, leaving windows sparkling and crystal clear.

  • Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients and occupants of the property, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests related to window cleaning services. Provide courteous and attentive service, demonstrating a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
