About the Role:

As a Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and creating innovative interior and spatial designs that meet client needs and enhance user experiences. You will be responsible for effectively communicate design concepts from inception through to final execution. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and contractors, you will ensure that designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally practical, adhering to project specifications and budgets. Your expertise will contribute to the development of creative solutions that balance form, function, and sustainability within diverse environments. Ultimately, your work will transform spaces into inspiring, efficient, and visually compelling environments that align with the client’s vision and industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • ⁠2+ years of experience in residential design
  • Knowledge of measuring and estimating
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in home decor products, concept design, and layout development.
  • Experience in design development and project collaboration within a professional setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or licensure in Interior Design or related professional accreditation.
