Window Installer – Residential Replacement (Full-Time | $100K+ Potential)


Job Summary


Window Man is a locally owned, family-operated window and door company serving Indianapolis and surrounding areas for over 30 years. We are growing and looking to add a skilled, professional Window Installer to our team.


This is not a subcontractor position. We are hiring a dedicated team member who takes pride in craftsmanship, values consistency, and wants a long-term career with a company that stands behind its work.


If you are an experienced installer who wants steady work, a strong team, and no high-pressure chaos, this is the opportunity.
