Are you a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional looking to build a rewarding career with uncapped earnings potential? Thompson Creek Window Company is growing, and we're looking for Outside Sales Representatives to sell our premium line of exterior home improvement products-including windows, doors, siding, gutters, and roofing.
What You'll Do:
  • Represent a trusted brand with over 45 years of experience in the Mid-Atlantic region
  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs-no cold calling
  • Opportunity to receive up to three qualified leads per day
  • Conduct in-home consultations to educate customers and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build rapport, close deals, and guide customers through the entire sales process
  • Use company-issued tools (iPad, CRM) to track activity, follow up, and submit orders

Compensation Range:
This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. The posted range reflects annual earnings from the past three years, including both new hires and top performers. Individual results will vary based on performance, availability, and market demand.
Typical earnings range from $85,000 to $340,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding $400,000 per year.
All new hires receive 90 days of paid training at $1,400.00 bi-weekly (base pay plus commission). After the training period, compensation is entirely commission-based.
