Janney Roofing is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you'll help homeowners protect and improve their homes while earning uncapped commission potential and making a meaningful impact in your community. If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average earnings of $100,000+/year with uncapped commissions. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, plus Saturday hours from 9 am to 2 pm in summer.
As our Sales Representative, you'll engage with homeowners through canvassing and referrals, helping them with roofing and exterior restoration solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting roof inspections, preparing estimates, assisting with insurance claims, and overseeing projects. You'll work with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, maintain CRM records, and manage payments, all while upholding Janney Roofing's standards of professionalism and integrity.
