We help homeowners and businesses transform their spaces with beautiful, functional shutters, blinds, shades, and drapery — all backed by a national brand with local, personalized service. We're growing and looking for a driven, personable sales professional to join our team.

The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Salesman / In-Home Sales Consultant to meet with clients in their homes and businesses, understand their needs and style, and guide them to the right window covering solutions. Leads are provided — this role is about closing, consulting, and building relationships, not cold-calling for new business.

What You'll Do

  • Measure windows accurately and recommend products that fit the client's style, budget, and functional needs
  • Present product samples, explain features/benefits, and provide accurate quotes on-site
  • Close sales and process orders using our point-of-sale/CRM system
  • Follow up with clients throughout the order and installation process to ensure satisfaction
  • Generate referrals and repeat business through excellent service
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, quotes, and sales in our CRM
  • Represent the Budget Blinds brand professionally in clients' homes and in the community

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of proven experience in outside sales, in-home sales, or a related consultative sales role (home improvement, design, or retail sales a plus)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a daily appointment schedule
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quotes
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Tech-comfortable — able to use a tablet/laptop, CRM software, and basic ordering systems
  • A polished, professional, and personable demeanor — you'll be a guest in clients' homes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

Why Join Budget Blinds of Royal Palm Beach

  • Pre-set, qualified appointments — no cold calling
  • Uncapped commission — the harder you work, the more you earn
  • Paid training on products, sales process, and our CRM
  • Established local brand with strong reputation and marketing support
  • Growth potential within a locally owned, growing franchise
  • [Add if applicable: Health insurance / PTO / Vehicle allowance / Mileage reimbursement / Team culture / Flexible schedule]
