Reese Roofing & Construction is expanding into windows, and we're looking for a driven, experienced Window Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our window sales operation. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to sell windows at a high level and coach others to do the same.

You will be responsible for driving revenue, developing sales reps, implementing systems, and ensuring homeowners receive an honest, high-quality sales experience.

The Window Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the window sales department, including personal production, team performance, training, and process improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear growth opportunities as the division scales.
