Operation Manager and Window Cleaner
Fish Window Cleaning is hiring a motivated applicant to fill our Operations manager position on a part-time basis. This job is perfect for a hard-working candidate who excels at independent, thoughtful work. Here at Fish Window Cleaning, we work Monday – Friday with no evening hours, weekends or holidays!! Our team enjoys the fun and friendly atmosphere, job flexibility and working with supportive people.
 
Office Location: Hayward, CA 
Typical Schedule: Mon - Fri, 5:30 am - 9am (flexible)
Pay: $20 - $35 per hour depending on experience and additional Window Cleaning Performance Pay (optional)

Job Description:
• Manage daily window cleaning production including scheduling and distribution of work orders and ensure all work orders are complete each week
• Opening the office in the morning for cleaners, completing administrative task such as checking in work orders
• Maintain and oversee the running of the office duties and needs and closing the office.
• Manage account work for commercial and residential customers and coordinate with customer contacts
• Handle payments, deposits, and processing of contract work orders
• Manage window cleaners including performance reviews, discipline and recognition
• Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents
• Strategically and systematically develop a commercial and residential customer base and schedule supporting Sales representatives wins
• Answering incoming calls and and providing customer services calls and thank you notes
• Clean windows as needed
Physical Requirements:
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
Job Requirements:
• Excellent organizational skill with invoices, work orders and computer filings
• Computer skill with google workspace and ability to learn FISH 3 system and 3rd party work order portals
• Previous management experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others to perform assigned tasks
• Ability to prioritize and assign responsibilities to others
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Team building skills
• Experience providing high-value customer services with customers preferred
• Ability to train others
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Liability car insurance
