Position Overview

The Production Associate is responsible for assembling outdoor shading products, including motorized patio shades and awnings, in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. This role involves using power tools, reading job orders, and accurately measuring components to ensure quality and precision. The position requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly, work effectively in a team, and follow safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and physical stamina are essential for success in this role.

What you'll do

  • Read job orders and assemble outdoor shading products according to specifications
  • Use power tools and measuring tools to complete tasks accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
  • All other duties as assigned.

Who you are

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly through 8+ hour shift
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure accurately, down to 1/16 inch, to ensure proper dimensions in assembly.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Ability to read and understand basic English
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in using power tools and measuring tools to assemble products accurately
