Our established Conroe, TX Tri-Supply location is looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Door & Window Service and Installation Helper. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop skills in a growing trade.

Qualifications:
โ€ข Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
โ€ข Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials
โ€ข Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
โ€ข Basic familiarity with hand tools is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assist lead technicians with the installation and servicing of doors and windows
โ€ข Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, and equipment
โ€ข Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites
โ€ข Support installation processes by positioning and securing materials as directed
โ€ข Assist with measuring, layout, and basic adjustments
โ€ข Remove and dispose of existing doors, windows, and job-related debris
โ€ข Apply caulking, sealing, and insulation under supervision
โ€ข Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
