Job description

NOW HIRING: Drapery / Window Treatment Seamstress

Join our growing team of industry professionals creating high-quality, custom window treatments for residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to work in our Dallas, TX workroom. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fabric, design, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

· Work in a cut/sew environment with a variety of fabrics and treatments

· Operate sewing machines and perform hand-sewing with precision

· Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

· Collaborate and communicate with team members and the Workroom Manager

· Lift and handle fabric and tools (light to medium lifting required)

Qualifications:

· Experience in sewing construction - preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate!

· General knowledge of fabric types and drapery treatments (pleats, linings, panels, trims, etc.)

· Excellent hand/eye coordination and high attention to detail

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

· Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

· Flexible and willing to grow with the company
