JOB DESCRIPTION:
Everything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA's windows and doors.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Effectively prepares the jobsite for set up and tear down to assure work can be performed in an efficient and safe manner and the worksite is left clean
• Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work and address hazards, as needed • Consistently maintain productivity expectations
• Collaborate with other installers on the project throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies
• Assist in delivering homeowner delight
• Assures jobsite safety practices and procedures are followed at the jobsite, including but not limited to, PPE, fall protection, power tool use, and proper lifting requirements
• Ability to pull tools, inspect, and stage of all product types on the job, as needed • Complete a daily tool audit
• Set up and tear down tarps, runners, plastic, etc. (i.e., floor and furniture protections)
• Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality • Other duties as assigned
• General warehouse support
• Provide support for minor service calls as needed
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check
• Basic construction techniques
• Basic understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
• Safety knowledge of all equipment
• Proper usage and understanding of PPE

• Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality
