Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with window tint installing, IS A MUST!

  • 2+ years of professional window tinting experience (required)
  • Experience with ceramic, carbon, and dyed films.
  • Ability to heat shrink rear windows cleanly.
  • Strong understanding of different vehicle types and glass shapes.
  • Experience using tint plotters/software is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable (ON TIME), punctual, and professional.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Window Tinter who can deliver high-quality tint installations with efficiency and consistency. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, understands different film types, and can handle a fast-paced shop environment without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install automotive window tint on a wide range of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, trucks, exotics)
  • Cut, shrink, and apply film with precision (hand-cut and/or plotter experience preferred)
  • Ensure all work meets Buff X quality standards (no contamination, peeling, or bubbling)
  • Prep vehicles properly before installation (cleaning, masking, etc.)
  • Remove old tint when required without damaging glass or defrosters.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate with team members and management on job status.
  • Handle high-volume workflow while maintaining attention to detail.
