Graphics Installation Helper
POSITION DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVE
As a current employee of Gilson, the Graphics Installation Helper position will provide an opportunity for career advancement by developing new skills and accepting new challenges while performing on-site customer installations.
SUPERVISOR
Position reports to the Lead Installer.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting with the installation of wall murals, window graphics, interior/exterior signage, banners, and trade show booths
• Represent the company in a sales support role, with direct on-site customer contact
REQUIREMENTS
To successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to fulfill each role and perform each responsibility listed above. The following qualifications are representative of the education and training, experience, knowledge, and skills required.
Education and Training
• High school education or GED equivalent preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
• Able to read a measuring tape
• Opportunity to train and become a certified lift operator

• Dependable
Requirements
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, carry auto insurance and have reliable transportation
• Mechanically inclined with a working knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Able to hold heavy materials overhead for extended periods of time during installation
• Able to work in various conditions inside or outside
• Flexibility to travel long distances with overnight stays, weekends and overtime
