Job description

  • Pay rate - $17.00 hourly
  • Weekly pay on Friday
  • Benefits/PTO/401(k) available

The Clerk will use Excel, Word and Google Sheets as well as some SAP transactions.

In Excel we are looking up and filtering through store information

In Word we are creating addresses and Store Placards through a template

In Google Sheets we are entering data from what we are receiving daily

In SAP we are packing and tracking orders

Job Duties:

  • Monitor the front window and manage check-ins for inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Direct trucks to the appropriate door and communicate with supervisors using a radio system.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and shipments.
  • Verify the contents of deliveries against shipping paperwork.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to facilitate smooth loading and unloading processes.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front window area.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels and updating records as needed

Experience Required:

  • SAP skills
  • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets

Desired Qualities:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good customer service abilities
  • Dispatch experience (a plus)
  • Warehouse experience in a distribution center setting
