As part of the Forefront Living family, we are committed to making every moment matter.Be the welcoming face and helpful resource that residents, families, visitors, and team members can count on each day. In this role, you’ll help create a positive first impression by greeting guests, answering and directing calls, assisting residents with everyday needs, and keeping the front office running smoothly. You’ll coordinate appointments and guest cottage reservations, handle mail and faxes, collect resident fees, maintain office supplies and equipment, and provide general clerical support. You’ll also have the opportunity to take initiative, solve problems, and make a meaningful difference through the small details that help residents feel supported and cared for.
