Project Name: Grant Repower Wind Project
Project Location: Medford, OK
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
Operates equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures.
SUMMARY OF EXPECTED OUTCOMES
  • High quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior
  • Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals, and accountabilities of the position

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Operates the following equipment based on the requirements of the project:
1. Blade
2. Dozer
3. Loader
4. Scraper
5. Forklift/Telehandler
6. Crane
7. Bobcat/Skid-steer
8. Boom Lifts/Aerial Lifts
9. Roller
  • Follows prescribed safety regulations
  • Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area
  • Performs routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning
  • Observes equipment operation to detect machine malfunction
  • Follows work plans and pre-task cards
  • Other duties and responsibilities
