Job Summary
Conduct day to day pump setup and testing, working with production and independently.
Primary Job Duties:
  • Prepare pumps model for testing.
  • Assemble and/or assist building pipe test loops (some heavy lifting involved, with available lifting devices)
  • Operate overhead bridge crane to maneuver pumps into place
  • Configure test instrumentation for each test (training provided)
  • Execute actual tests
  • Prepare and distribute raw data for analysis by Engineering
  • Create and maintain documentation for each test
  • Equipment maintenance
  • General shop duties (cleaning, filing, maintaining production records, etc)

split shift 12:009m-10:30pm Monday- Thursday
Requirements
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma - or the equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience working in a test lab (any kind)
  • Experience assembling mechanical components
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Some lifting up to 50 lbs.
