This is a Swing Shift position: Mon-Thurs 2:30 pm to 12:00 am and Fridays 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

Pick products for shipping to customers within Wilmar, LLC warehouse guidelines.


JOB TYPE: Full Time

WAGE: $20.00 Hourly


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


This position requires 7–8 hours of movement per shift, including standing, pushing, pulling, twisting, bending at the waist, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs per instance.

  • Fill customer orders and deliver them to the packing area or loading dock in a manner that meets company standards
  • Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and rolling carts
  • Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
  • Wear the proper personal protective equipment
  • Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures
  • Perform duties as workload necessitates
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
  • Communicate regularly with supervisor about Department issues
  • Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
  • Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • One year order picking experience in a warehouse
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Ability to read and understand safety instructions, work orders, and written procedures in English
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to respond to common directions
  • Ability to effectively present information to employees for the purpose of clarification or training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
