Floor Manager – Upscale Restaurant

$80,000 - $85,000 + Bonus

Your Role with the Company:

  •        Lead daily floor operations for a high-volume, upscale dining room, ensuring smooth service, strong pacing, and an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure
  •        Support, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members during service, setting the tone for professionalism, hospitality, teamwork, and accountability
  •        Partner with senior leadership to uphold service standards, refine systems, and create a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  •        Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, labor awareness, and floor planning to ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed for business levels and special events
  •        Handle guest feedback, service recovery, and table-side interactions with warmth, confidence, and sound judgment
  •        Maintain strong communication between the dining room, bar, kitchen, and management team to ensure seamless execution of service, menu knowledge, and guest needs
  •        Oversee opening, closing, and shift management duties, including pre-shift meetings, service readiness, cash handling support, and ensuring the dining room is clean, polished, and fully prepared for each service period

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager (or comparable role) in a high volume ($10M+) upscale or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and support front-of-house teams in a polished, service-focused environment
  • Flexible availability to support peak service periods, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Working knowledge of restaurant scheduling, labor awareness, floor planning, and day-to-day service operations
  • A growth-minded, hands-on hospitality professional who is eager to learn from experienced operators and take the next step in their management career
