On-Call Liberal Arts Clerk (Applicant Pool)
Job Summary
The On-Call Liberal Arts Clerk will support the Liberal Arts office staff by providing clerical assistance with oversight for assigned department activities. The individual in this role will offer office coverage as needed with primary responsibility to assist students and faculty.
The hours for this position will be 25-29 per week; flexible schedule desired (some evenings and weekends may be required). Regular Liberal Arts office hours are Mon-Thurs 12- 6pm and Fridays 12-5pm.

Job Duties
Required Qualifications
  1. Three (3) to Five (5) years office experience with high proficiency using standard office technology (i.e. phone systems, copiers/printers, computers).
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills including accuracy in spelling, basic math, and grammar.
  3. Ability to work independently and with others.
  4. Experience working in a diverse, customer service oriented environment.
  5. Detail-oriented, conscientious and reliable.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with complex databases and reporting software, budgets, purchasing, and invoices/reimbursements.
