This position is a combination of Busser, Food Server andgeneral table maintenance for the Wildfire Properties. Taking food andbeverage orders and accurately input them into the computer/register.Serving food from the kitchen area to Guests' tables in an effectivemanner. Ensuring cleanliness of tables and maintain their overallappearance, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware,beverage glasses, etc. Completing assigned side-work and any additionaltasks. Monitoring the cleanliness of assigned station including floors,and assist in keeping area free of debris. Possess knowledge of menu,beverages, preparation of food, and prices. Will be required to usesuggestive selling techniques. Must adhere to all cash and comp handlingprocedures in accordance with Company policies andprocedures.
Qualifications:
Must be minimum age of 21. Customer service experience. Must beable to manage time effectively with minimum supervision and be able towork a flexible schedule.
