Network Engineer Lead
W2 Role
Location: Doral, FL
  • Provides specialized technical expertise within an assigned business unit/area, usually as a member of a project team, in the analysis, design, and development of IT Infrastructure services of business applications.
  • This position provides technical consulting support on projects and manages vendor on the implementation of services, and/or manages system issues related to IT infrastructure environments, which includes: - Ordering and tracking implementation of services (adds/moves/changes) for Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) and Dedicated Transportation Solutions locations.
  • Managing all remote locations openings, moves, closings and renovations within the US and Canada.
  • Providing overall third level IT support for SCS field locations.
  • Support includes, but is not limited to, escalations for issues with Network access, WI-FI, Internet connectivity, PC hardware and software, printers, hand-held computers, scanner guns, and any other devices utilized throughout the network.
