Position Summary
TASCON Advisors is seeking experienced Field Service Representative Analysts to support the adoption, employment, and sustainment of mission platforms across Department of Defense operational environments.
The FSR Analyst serves as an embedded customer-support, training, and mission-enablement professional working directly with intelligence personnel, operational planners, military leaders, civilian analysts, contractors, and technical teams.
This is not solely an intelligence-production role, traditional classroom-instructor position, help-desk function, or software-engineering billet. The FSR Analyst operates at the intersection of mission operations, user enablement, technology adoption, and customer success.
Successful candidates understand how intelligence and operational users work, can explain a complete mission workflow, and can help customers employ Palantir capabilities to improve mission execution. They may support structured classroom instruction, hands-on user training, workflow development, platform demonstrations, troubleshooting, link and network analysis, data visualization, operational-product development, and user-adoption activities.
The strongest candidates combine substantive Palantir experience with mission credibility, instructional ability, professional composure, and a service-oriented mindset. They can earn the trust of users, explain complex capabilities clearly, remain calm under pressure, and adapt their approach to different military, civilian, and organizational cultures.

Primary Responsibilities
Embedded Mission Support
• Embed with operational and intelligence customers as a trusted mission partner. • Develop an understanding of the customer’s mission, users, current tools, workflows, decision processes, and operational constraints. • Translate operational questions and mission needs into practical Palantir-enabled user workflows. • Help users progress from a mission question through data discovery, analysis, visualization, collaboration, and final output. • Identify gaps in existing analytical or operational processes and recommend practical improvements. • Support intelligence, targeting, operational planning, collection, ISR, force-protection, and related mission activities. • Maintain credibility with analysts, operators, planners, senior leaders, engineers, and other stakeholders. Platform Instruction and User Enablement
• Deliver basic, intermediate, and advanced platform instruction to military, civilian, contractor, and interagency users. • Conduct classroom, small-group, desk-side, and hands-on training. • Teach groups of varying size, experience, technical ability, mission background, and organizational culture. • Adapt instructional methods for junior operators, experienced analysts, civilian professionals, and senior leaders. • Develop or maintain lesson materials, demonstrations, exercises, job aids, standard operating procedures, and user guides. • Reinforce training through practical mission scenarios and real-world user workflows. • Assess user understanding, identify learning gaps, and provide follow-on coaching and support. • Support occasional five-day training events at other installations or customer locations. Workflow Support
• Help users employ products in support of operational and intelligence requirements. • Create, execute, improve, or teach workflows involving: o Link and network analysis o Target development o Pattern-of-life analysis o Intelligence-report integration o Timeline development o Geospatial analysis o Multi-source data fusion o Operational planning o Common Operational Picture or Common Intelligence Picture development o Collaborative intelligence production o Mission dashboards and visualizations • Explain what information was used, how it was connected, what analytical process was performed, and how the output supported a decision or mission outcome. • Build or support shared products that allow multiple users to collaborate, update information, and maintain mission continuity. • Help customers compare Palantir capabilities with current systems, tools, and manual processes. • Replicate relevant customer workflows in Palantir to demonstrate operational value and reduce resistance to adoption. Technical and Product Support
• Provide responsive first-line support for platform, workflow, access, data, and user issues. • Troubleshoot problems independently when possible and coordinate with engineers, administrators, security personnel, or product teams when escalation is required. • Clearly distinguish user error, workflow-design issues, data limitations, permissions problems, platform defects, and infrastructure constraints. • Document issues, attempted solutions, outcomes, and required follow-up. • Test updates, software patches, new capabilities, or workflow changes against customer use cases where assigned. • Gather actionable user feedback and communicate product, data, training, and workflow needs to technical stakeholders. • Maintain awareness of platform changes and refresh technical proficiency as Palantir products evolve. Adoption and Change Enablement
• Assess the tools and processes customers currently use before recommending changes. • Identify mission pain points and demonstrate how Palantir can improve effectiveness, speed, collaboration, accessibility, or analytical quality. • Use practical examples, prototypes, comparisons, and mission-relevant demonstrations rather than relying solely on product advocacy. • Engage skeptical users and leaders professionally and seek to understand the source of resistance. • Build relationships with user champions while maintaining credibility with hesitant stakeholders. • Support adoption as an iterative process requiring trust, evidence, responsiveness, and follow-through. • Avoid dismissing existing systems or overstating Palantir capabilities. Customer Success and Relationship Management
• Serve as a responsive and dependable point of contact for assigned customers. • Follow user issues through resolution and keep stakeholders informed. • Build trust by consistently delivering useful support and maintaining commitments. • Communicate platform capabilities, limitations, risks, and dependencies honestly. • Maintain a service-oriented mindset during high-tempo operations and difficult customer interactions. • Preserve customer relationships even when an immediate technical or operational solution is unavailable. • Represent TASCON, PVM, Palantir, and the supported program professionally. Delivery and Reporting
• Back-plan from training, deployment, mission, and customer-delivery deadlines. • Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early. • Communicate schedule risk before a deadline is missed. • Escalate issues with relevant context, impact, attempted actions, and a proposed path forward. • Recover quickly from missed commitments and capture lessons learned. • Manage multiple user requests without losing visibility on planned deliverables. • Prepare activity reports, training results, user feedback, issue summaries, and other required contract documentation. ________________________________________
Required Qualifications
Security Clearance
• Active TS/SCI clearance. • Ability to maintain required accesses and comply with customer security requirements. • CI polygraph may be required or preferred for select assignments. Mission Experience

Candidates must possess meaningful experience with at least one Palantir operational platform or a closely related mission platform.
