Position Summary

The part-time AV Technician of game operations plays a key role in supporting and implementing AV technology, systems, and processes that support the production environment at Angel Of The Winds Arena. In this role, you will provide support for all presentation video, audio, digital media assets, IPTV, and LED display technology during event and non-event times. 

This role will pay an hourly rate of $34.00 (per CBA).


Benefits as per the union agreement.

This position will remain open until July 24th, 2026.

About the Venue

Angel Of The Winds Arena is a three-venue, state-of-the-art, multipurpose complex located in the heart of downtown Everett, WA. This seamless complex offers an NHL regulation ice rink open year-round and diverse arena space that can be used for WHL hockey, basketball, indoor football, trade shows, concerts, and more, as well as a full conference center that can host conventions, meetings, weddings, banquets, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Provide audio/visual operational support for all Angel of The Winds Arena events, but specifically for the Everett Silvertips and the WHL; this includes video productions, lighting, and audio.
  • Gather, deliver, stage, set, operate, strike, and return all A/V equipment needed to successfully execute events occurring at Angel of The Winds Arena.
  • Effectively monitor and troubleshoot all audio and video signal flow from source to destination within Angel Of The Winds Arena
  • Provide repairs and preventative maintenance on AV equipment as needed with assistance where appropriate.
  • Maintain, clean, and organize all event, service, and storage areas.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This job is on an event bias.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, and 1-2 years of related AV experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
