Across 12 clinic locations and six hospitals in the Portland metro region, we care for more than 50,000 individuals each year through every stage of life. We're Oregon's largest independent women's health group-and we're 100% clinician-owned.

Why Physicians Choose WHA

Full-scope practice, supported by state law
Oregon supports access to the full spectrum of OB/GYN care-including abortion, miscarriage management, and complex family planning-so you can practice evidence-based medicine aligned with your training and clinical judgment.

Shape your practice over time
Flexible clinic templates and scheduling allow you to build a practice that reflects your clinical interests while continuing to grow and refine your skills.

A model designed for longevity

What You'll Find Here

  • A clinician-owned model where your voice matters

  • Strong, collaborative physician teams

  • Stable, experienced clinical staff

  • Meaningful relationships with patients across life stages

What We Offer

  • 4-day work week with flexible FTE options
