Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Hands-on wet lab experience in chemicals and polymer synthesis; Ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment and support various projects
• Experience working with hazardous chemicals and lab safety protocols; Isocyanate chemistry experience preferred but not required.
• Preparation and handling of chemical formulations, resins, and solutions; Strong experimental design and problem-solving capability
• Familiar with test method development and variety of chemical characterization methods such as titration, FTIR, DSC, polymer structure-property testing etc.
• Troubleshooting of reaction, formulation, or material performance issues
• Authoring of protocols, reports, and technical documentation
• Data analysis and interpretation with clear technical conclusions
Nice to Have Skill
• Understanding of GMP and regulated lab environments (medical device/pharma preferred)
• Experience supporting IQ/OQ/PQ for lab equipment or processes
• Documentation practices aligned with audit-ready and traceable systems
• Lab management experience

• Conduct wet lab experiments involving chemical and polymer synthesis to support R&D projects. 
• Prepare, handle, and manage chemical formulations, resins, and laboratory solutions.

• Perform chemical characterization using techniques like FTIR, DSC, and titration methods.

• Troubleshoot reactions, formulations, and material performance issues effectively. Develop, document, and maintain test methods, protocols, and technical reports. 
• Support compliance with GMP and maintain documentation aligned with audit-ready standards. 
• Assist in lab equipment/process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and overall lab operations.
