Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on connecting with customers and driving results? We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to be the face of our company-supporting existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that make a real impact.
Essential Functions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and cold calls.
  • Match products and services to customer needs, providing accurate quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and submit orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales activity, leads, and account status to management.
  • Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented.

Experience, Education and Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education a plus.
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales experience; fluid power experience is a bonus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office 365).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
