Join Our Team as a Dishwasher at Western Home Communities in Cedar Falls!

Western Home Communities is excited to welcome a passionate and dependable Dishwasher to our team in Cedar Falls! As a key part of our kitchen team, you will play an important role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the kitchen and dining areas. If you're eager to learn, have a positive attitude, and have a heart for service, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

  • Keep work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils sparkling clean, sanitized, and well-organized.

  • Ensure all dinnerware and food service equipment is maintained and easy to access.

  • Wash pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen items by hand or using the dishwasher.

  • Safely remove trash and garbage to the designated disposal area.

  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.

  • Engage with residents in a respectful, friendly manner while providing exceptional food service.

What You'll Need:

  • 16 years of age or older.

  • A dependable, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required (a must!).

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
