Job description

Elementary Paraprofessional Springfield Public School District

Springfield Public Schools is seeking an Elementary Paraprofessional for 2026-2027 school year. 

Must meet paraprofessional requirements set by the State of Minnesota. 

Competitive hourly rate starting at minimum $17.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Hourly rate is based on the Paraprofessional Master Agreement for the 2026-2027 school year. 

Benefits include but not limited to: Health insurance (Affordable Care Act), health savings account, life insurance, Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA), paid sick and personal leave.
