About the Role: We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Brand Ambassador to represent our cannabis brand across retail locations. This role is focused on ensuring our products are always fresh, compliant, and merchandised to the highest standard. You will act as the bridge between our brand and retail partners, helping drive product visibility, education, and sell-through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned cannabis retail stores on a regular schedule
  • Ensure products are fresh, properly rotated (FIFO), and compliant with CRA regulations
  • Check product dates and remove any outdated or non-compliant inventory.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays in accordance with brand and provincial guidelines
  • Restock shelves and support inventory management when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with budtenders and store managers
  • Educate retail staff on product features, benefits, and brand positioning
  • Gather feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends
  • Represent the brand professionally and in compliance with all cannabis marketing regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a brand ambassador, merchandising, retail, or cannabis-related role in the Cannabis Industry
  • Strong understanding of cannabis products and retail environment
  • Knowledge of local/provincial cannabis regulations (CRA)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between retail locations.
