Job description

Are you a skilled and compassionate pediatric anesthesiologist looking for an exciting opportunity? Corewell Health, Michigan's largest health system, is seeking full time and part time anesthesiologists to join our dedicated team at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital.
We are offering a competitive full-time compensation package, including annual incentives, with a $100,000 starting bonus. We are seeking passionate providers who are interested in building a new future for anesthesia services at Corewell Health.
Opportunity Highlights:
  • Level 1 Trauma Center with a variety of pediatric cases - including pediatric cardiac. Helen DeVos is a pediatric quaternary care center.
  • Four days per week, 10-hour days.
  • 10 weeks of nonscheduled time off included in work expectation.
  • Manageable call expectations, including 1:5 weekends.

CME allowance of $2,500 annually with rollover of unused funds with an annual maximum of $5,000. Allowance of up to $12,000 available for relocation assistance.

Qualifications
  • Required Doctorate
  • LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
  • LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
  • CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
