Scope
The Data Entry Clerk enters and updates information in computer programs and databases. This individual reviews files to determine what information must be entered and where it should be recorded, prepares source data by compiling and sorting information, and establishes entry priorities.
The selected candidates will support a project involving OpenInvoice/OpenTicket and WellView. The team will provide training in both systems.
Responsibilities
  • Enter and update information accurately in company systems and databases.
  • Compile, organize, and sort source data before entry.
  • Determine the appropriate location and priority for information.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Follow established data-entry procedures and program techniques.
  • Complete assigned tasks independently.

Required Qualifications
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
