The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with business and vendor representatives, support technical applications, and navigate Client tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the WellView application, including troubleshooting, testing, enhancements, bug fixes, and application renewals.
- Perform administrative functions in WellView such as:
- UDL & Picklist Management
- Data Loaders and Queries
- Profile and Access Management
- Report development and troubleshooting (single, multi, batch)
- Audit rule management using tools like Spotlight, WLR, or Peloton Allez Auditor
