Office Manager – Home Health & Hospice Katy, TX (On‐Site Position) Qualifications Previous Home Health or Hospice experience is REQUIRED . Prior experience working in a Home Health office setting (not field only). Experience with Kinnser/WellSky EMR strongly preferred. Experience with HR, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, scheduling, or office management. Bilingual Spanish‐speaking strongly preferred. Must live within approximately 20–30 miles of Katy, TX 77493. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‐paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day‐to‐day office operations for Home Health and Hospice. Assist with HR functions, recruiting, onboarding, and employee records. Coordinate schedules and office workflow. Support payroll and administrative functions. Maintain communication with clinical staff, patients, and referral sources. Ensure timely documentation and EMR coordination using Kinnser/WellSky. Maintain compliance and support agency operations.
