This position offers a unique remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions through telehealth platforms or in-person at our outpatient office. Our practice operates seamlessly Monday through Sunday from 7 AM to 10 PM, providing you with ample flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective support.

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client treatment experiences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and educational opportunities to stay informed of the latest trends and research in mental health.

At Wellpower, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Our work is grounded in an understanding of each client’s unique experiences and backgrounds, which enables you to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships, encourage personal growth, and support clients in overcoming obstacles to their mental wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred, enabling you to offer specialized care where needed.
• A robust understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards pertinent to mental health care.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Experience successfully collaborating with other healthcare professionals, demonstrating teamwork and coordination.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and related technologies to ensure efficiency in documentation and client management.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by various bonus opportunities.
