About the Role:
Are you passionate about wellness and enjoy creating a welcoming, organized, and elevated client experience? Vytara Wellness is seeking an energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wellness Client Coordinator at our Boca Raton location.
This role blends front desk reception, administrative support, and client experience. Itโ€™s ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an organized environment, and takes initiative in both client-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Serve as the first point of contact, welcoming clients and creating a warm, professional experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone/email communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment coordination, and maintaining client records.
  • Support daily operations by ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and running smoothly (light tidying/laundry as needed).
  • Help coordinate and prepare therapy rooms and equipment for client sessions.
  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly guidance on services including red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, PEMF, cold plunge, and more.
  • Answer client questions and ensure a seamless, elevated experience from arrival to departure.
  • Capture and support light social media content (photos/videos, basic posting or coordination) to showcase services and client experience.
  • Stay curious and continuously learn about Vytaraโ€™s wellness offerings.
