Member Experience & Studio Sales — Restore Hyper Wellness Seminole
Why Restore Seminole?
Our Seminole studio serves an established, loyal community — longtime members, retirees, and locals who build real relationships with the people who serve them. This is a sales role at its core: every person who walks in is someone you can help build a wellness program and a lasting commitment to their health. Your job is to read each client, understand what they want, and guide them to commit to the path that gets them there — with everyone, not just the easy yes.
This is a front-of-house role with real sales responsibility, built for someone who manages themselves. We're a lean team — no one hovering, handing you a task list, or walking you through your day. You read the studio, set your own priorities, and act. On busy days you're welcoming members, running consultations, and closing. On slow days you're following up with leads, re-engaging lapsed members, and generating your own activity. If you need to be told the studio is quiet, this isn't the role. If you've already picked up the phone, it is.
What you'll do
  • Welcome clients and run personalized wellness consultations that move them toward a program and a membership
  • Read each client quickly and tailor your approach — but always be selling wellness, to everyone
  • Convert leads, tours, and first-timers into committed long-term members through consultative conversations
  • Follow up with leads and lapsed members by phone, text, and email — without being prompted
  • Build genuine relationships that drive retention — know members by name, track progress, and layer in next-level services
  • Own the day-to-day: check-ins, waivers, cleanliness, and studio flow. You see what needs doing and you handle it
What we offer
  • Starting at $18/hr, with growth tied to performance
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Complimentary access to core wellness services — Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, and Compression — plus significant discounts on HBOT, IV Drip Therapy, NR, and medical services. For regular users that's roughly $10,000 in annual service value. We expect our team to use what they recommend — that authenticity is core to how we sell.
  • Real advancement — we promote from within
  • The autonomy to run your role like it's yours, and a team that treats you like a professional, not a trainee
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years in sales, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or a client-facing role — enough that you've developed your own approach and don't need to be taught how to sell
  • A closer's mindset — you believe in the product and you guide people to commit
  • Self-managing — you bring your own structure, set your own pace, and hold yourself accountable without supervision
  • Relationship-driven — you build long-term trust that drives membership and retention
  • Emotionally intelligent — you read a room and adjust without being told to
  • Steady and low-drama — clients and teammates experience you as grounded and consistent
  • Genuine personal investment in health and wellness — you use what you recommend
  • Proactive on slow days — you generate activity, you don't wait for it
  • Weekend availability and located near Seminole
Who thrives here
You sell because you believe in it. You build trust fast with anyone who walks in — and you use that trust to move them toward a real commitment to their wellness, not just a single visit. You read people, tailor your approach, and close. You don't have one speed, and you don't let a "maybe" walk out without a next step.
Just as important: you don't need to be nurtured, motivated, or managed closely to perform. You've been the dependable closer on every team you've been on. When the studio goes quiet, no one has to point it out — you're already working the leads. You want to be trusted with autonomy, and you've earned it.
