Wellness Works Physical Therapy, PC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Red Bank, New Jersey. The position is based in our well-equipped rehabilitation facility located in the scenic Red Bank area of New Jersey. Our facility is designed to create a welcoming atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and engaged in their recovery process. You will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapy assistants and specialized staff, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical therapy needs based on diagnostic and prognostic testing of muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities.
• Develop customized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disabilities, relieving pain, and restoring optimal muscle function.
• Oversee and mentor physical therapy assistants to ensure appropriate delivery of therapeutic interventions in alignment with the care plans.
• Administer a range of therapeutic modalities including manual exercises, traction, massage, and supportive physical agents as indicated by physician prescriptions.
• Evaluate home environments and suggest modifications that promote independence, ensuring clients can safely perform daily activities post-treatment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation for evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences to collaboratively design and assess comprehensive treatment approaches for patients.
• Educate clients and their families about physical therapy techniques, equipment use, and their overall rehabilitation program.
• Regularly review and update each client's care plan and participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
• Actively engage with the physical therapy team to share insights and strategies that enhance overall patient care and outcomes.

Our primary patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and other musculoskeletal conditions. We also work with elderly clients seeking to maintain their functional independence. As a Physical Therapist at Wellness Works, you will play a critical role in guiding patients through their recovery process using a tailored approach that respects their unique needs, goals, and capabilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid and current Physical Therapy licensure in New Jersey.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation or home care.
• Certified in CPR and familiar with emergency medical protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine commitment to patient care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated history of clinical excellence, focusing on quality and integrity in patient care.

• Experience with electronic health record systems for documentation and billing purposes.
• Previous roles in outpatient rehabilitation settings with a team-focused approach.
• Certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or modalities (e.g., dry needling, manual therapy) are advantageous.
• Engagement in continuous professional development and contributions to clinical education programs.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
