Position Summary: Member Relationship Advisor

AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a motivated Member Relationship Advisor who is passionate about helping members achieve financial success. This role aligns directly with our mission to provide the right financial solutions so members can live life, dream big, and achieve their goals.

As a Member Relationship Advisor, you will deliver exceptional service, build strong relationships, and provide consultative financial guidance tailored to each member’s needs.


Key Responsibilities: Member Relationship Advisor
  • Provide professional, high-quality service that exceeds member expectations
  • Conduct financial wellness reviews and recommend appropriate financial products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective members
  • Retain, expand, and acquire consumer and commercial accounts
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities for:
    • Loans (secured and unsecured)
    • Credit cards
    • Real estate lending solutions
  • Interpret credit bureau reports and assess financial needs
  • Contribute to Financial Center lending goals, ensuring accurate and compliant loan documentation
  • Partner with internal business lines to drive member acquisition and deepen existing relationships
  • Meet or exceed established sales and service goals
  • Manage a book of business by:
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Following up on referrals
    • Proactively engaging in community outreach and business development
  • Demonstrate understanding of AmeriCU’s strategic plan and how your role supports organizational success
